Brother Knights and Families,
I truly hope everyone is having a holy and happy Christmas season with the remem-
brance of Christ birth. Further I hope that everyone has a happy and healthy new
year. Ann and I would like to thank everyone for the prayers, cards, and best wishes.
They are truly helping Ann's recovery from surgery.
Our work never ends, Senate Bill 80 Delaware Regenerative Medicine Act, must be
stopped. Please read and follow the suggestions in the attached article.
Our efforts so far this year have been very successful, our Katrina Relief donations to
date are $21,862, our attendance at the Eucharistic Congress and Pilgrimage to
Washington were very good and our recruiting drive yielded over 300 prospects of
which 26 have already become Knights. Overall recruitment is going well with the south taking charge. Msgr.
Desmond is at 100% of goal and Star of the Sea and St. Molua are at 60%. The south rises again.
There are a number of important events coming up: the "Right to Life March" in Washington, D.C. on January
23, Chaplains Appreciation Dinner on January 30, and Winter Weekend on February 3-5. Join in and have an
"Experience of a Lifetime".
God Bless,

My Dear Brother Knights,
Once again a new year is upon us. As we begin this New Year of 2006 we ask God to continue to
bless us in all our efforts and endeavors as we continue to proclaim His glory in the work of His heav-
enly kingdom He has entrusted to us. One of these important works this year is to defeat SB80.
As Catholics, and Knights of Columbus involved with right to and dignity of life issues we should each
get involved with our parish to help in any way to defeat SB80. I want to urge your involvement not
only in action but also with prayer.
May all of you have a Very Happy, Holy, Healthy New Year filled with God's Love and Blessings.
Vivat Jesus,
Father Philip Siry, State Chaplain

In Memoriam
All Delaware brother Knights
mourn the passing of Al Fierro,
founder of the Knights of Colum-
bus Bowling League and the
Seminarian Fund. Al's contribu-
tions to our Order are many, but
all who knew him will always
treasure his fine example of living his Catholic faith.
Eternal Rest Grant Unto Them, O Lord,
and Let Your Perpetual Light Shine Upon Them.
May Their Souls and Those of All the Faithful
Departed, Through the Mercy of God,
Rest in Peace. Amen
We pray for Al and all our departed brothers.
