The Thirty-Second Exemplification of the 4
th
Degree, honoring Past State Deputy Dr.
Herbert T. Casalena will be held at the Sheraton Hotel on Route 13 in Dover on Satur-
day, November 19, 2005 beginning at 10:00am. Council and Assembly Officers have
Form 4's, so sign up 3
rd
Degree Council brothers who joined our Order prior to May 19,
2005. The costs, which include Banquet and Luncheon, are $65 for Candidates, and
$40 for Sir Knights and all ladies and guests. Dress is formal, and all candidates and
Sir Knights must wear a black tuxedo, pleated white shirt (no wing-tip collars), black
shoes, black bow tie, white gloves and social baldric. Candidates will be provided with
a baldric and lapel pin. Ladies should wear evening gowns or tea dresses to the banquet, and a more casual
dress or slacks to the luncheon. Reservations must be received by the Worthy Master, William F. Lawler by
November 4, 2005. Make checks payable to Fourth Degree, Knights of Columbus.

Degree Assemblies are encouraged to purchase an ad in the Exemplification Program, and
to attempt to solicit ads from local businesses. Each Assembly is assessed $500 to support the Exemplification,
and the costs of any ads taken are deducted from this amount. If an Assembly sells $1000 worth of ads, they
will receive $500 back to their general fund. Full page ads are $100, and half page are $55. Benefactors ads
are $10. All Faithful Navigators and Grand Knights have the necessary information. Sell some ads and get
the copy to your Faithful Navigator. It's an easy way to support your Assembly.
